An investigation was launched after the broadcast by the program Report, of a private audio between the former minister Gennaro Sangiuliano and his wife, the journalist of Tg2 Federica Corsini. As reported by The morning, the Torre Annunziata Public Prosecutor's Office has opened a file for the crimes of illicit interception of a private conversation and disclosure of documents covered by official secrecy.
The investigation was launched following complaints filed by the lawyer Silverio Sica, representing the former Minister of Culture. It is assumed that the audio may have been recorded by Maria Rosaria Boccia in Pompeii and subsequently transmitted to the editorial staff of Report, who in the last episode broadcast the private dialogue between Sangiulian and his wife.
