Investigators are analyzing the images from the video surveillance cameras to identify those responsible for the attempted burglary in Angela Luce's home. At the same time, they are examining the findings made by the Forensic Police in the hours immediately following the episode.
The incident occurred around 21:30 pm on Saturday, an evening when many people are out of their homes, a circumstance that may have favored the action of the thieves, who broke into a home located in the most panoramic area of Posillipo, a neighborhood often targeted by thefts.
At the time of the attempt, Angela Luce and her friend Giovanna Castaldo, as anticipated by the newspaper Il Roma, were in the internal part of the apartment, on the second floor. The writer, alerted by an unusual and close noise, headed towards the living room to check.
