In the laboratories of the Antica Pasticceria Lauri in Naples, one of the points of reference for the city's confectionery tradition, the PanPastiera was created: a panettone with an innovative flavour that recalls the famous Neapolitan Pastiera.
Union of Culinary Traditions
PanPastiera is a leavened product that expertly blends white chocolate, Sicilian orange cubes and orange blossom essence, offering a particular scent that recalls that of the typical Pastiera. This creation is the work of Luigi Lauri, son of art known for his passion in combining tradition and innovation.
Innovation and Cultural Identity
Lauri wanted to unite the confectionary symbol of Northern Italy with one of the most refined delicacies of the South, creating a gastronomic synergy through its PanPastiera. This is not the first time that the Lauri family has tried their hand at culinary experiments: they introduced the Sfogliatella Halal, designed for a diversified clientele and attentive to specific religious needs.
Recognized Excellence
Pasticceria Lauri is appreciated for the quality of its creations, among which the sfogliatelle Ricce and Frolle stand out, which can always be found fresh alongside the new proposals. Their quality has also been recognized by the Il Gambero Rosso guide as among the best in the city, thus consolidating the prestige of the historic Neapolitan shop.
