Tragedy struck overnight in Piterà, in the municipality of Catanzaro, where a car accident killed a 15-year-old boy and injured six others. The accident occurred at kilometer 14 of the SS109 della Sila and involved two vehicles: an Audi A4 and a Lancia Y. The victim was traveling in the Lancia Y.
The fifteen-year-old who died in the accident was traveling with other people in the Lancia Y. The investigations launched by the Carabinieri are aimed at determining the causes of the accident, which may have been due to high speed.
