The officers of the Git-Motorcyclists Department of the Naples Municipal Police conducted an intense control activity in Piazza Dante, finding 26 violations including driving without a license or with a license of a different category, lack of insurance coverage and failure to use a protective helmet.
The operations led to 8 administrative seizures, 9 administrative detentions, the withdrawal of a license and the reporting of a man to the judicial authorities. In addition, 3 vehicles were entrusted to a custodian-buyer.
In via Medina, via Monteoliveto and via Diaz, 21 fines were issued for illegal parking, with the removal of 12 vehicles.
In the Stella district, the agents of the Territorial Operations Unit have intensified checks for compliance with the Highway Code. In particular, in the areas of Colli Aminei, via Pietravalle, via Miano and via Santa Teresa degli Scalzi, 70 reports were drawn up for violations relating to the parking ban, such as parking on sidewalks, bus stops, pedestrian crossings, intersections and other prohibited areas.
A man who was illegally working as a parking attendant was also removed. Finally, the officers fined a commercial activity for illegally occupying public land, proceeding with the related seizure.
