A Neapolitan Mobility Company (ANM) bus was engulfed in flames on Via Nuova San Rocco, near Soleado Park. The incident was reported by city councilor Gennaro Acampora. The vehicle caught fire while in motion.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported thanks to the driver's promptness in leaving the bus. Firefighters arrived on the scene to put out the blaze.fire, as there were explosions inside the bus which caused damage to some nearby apartments and houses.
The Carabinieri have begun an investigation to determine the cause of the accident, with the assistance of the fire brigade and the municipal police to ensure the safety of the surrounding area.

It was a very serious incident, but fortunately there were no injuries. However, I wonder how it is possible for a bus to catch fire while it is moving, this should be investigated further.
It was a very bad and dangerous episode, luckily the driver had time to leave the bus before something more serious happened. I hope the police will find the causes soon.
