Naples. A night of terror shattered the tranquility of an apartment in Bagnoli. A 33-year-old man, after a ten-year relationship, returned to his ex-wife's home, a 10-year-old woman, to claim her rights.
The nighttime raid, which took place after midnight, turned into a violent attack that involved not only the woman, but also her three children.
The man, accompanied by his new partner and three other women, suddenly showed up at the house, to which he still has the keys. Armed with rage and perhaps driven by a sense of ownership, he attempted to kick out his ex-wife and move into the house, which is leased to his father.

The fight was violent. Punches, slaps, and shoves filled the apartment, while the youngest child, an 11-year-old, watched helplessly, eventually fainting from shock. The two older daughters and their mother ended up in the hospital with multiple bruises.
The escalation of violence didn't stop there. The man, in a rage, snatched jewelry and the cell phone from his ex-wife and one of his daughters before fleeing. But his escape was brief. police, alerted by neighbors, tracked him down and arrested him with the jewels still on him.
