The Court of Milan, acting as a review court, promptly annulled the precautionary order adopted against Lucio Robustelli, 55 years old from Scafati and resident in Salerno, an employee of Datamatic spa, presumed responsible for tax fraud.
Robustelli – defended by the lawyer Dario Di Napoli of the Naples bar – had promptly clarified his position; hence the findings of the investigators and the Magistrates who annulled a purely precautionary measure.
