Afragola. Mafia operatives are back in action in Afragola, this time targeting a barbershop. This is a worrying sign, as it indicates that the clans are making no concessions as the Christmas holidays approach, targeting even small businesses.
Carabinieri from the Afragola operations and mobile unit responded to a bomb explosion on Via Maiello, near a barbershop. The explosion damaged the front door and a car parked near the business.
There are no injuries, investigations are underway and the dynamics and origin are being reconstructed. The Carabinieri are analyzing images from public and private cameras in the area and have also interviewed the owner who reported that he had never received threats or extortion requests.
The explosion in Afragola is a very bad event, but it is also true that many people do not know how to deal with these problems. We hope that the police will be able to find those responsible and stop this violence that is growing more and more.
