On Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 7:00 PM, an event called "Planetarium for the Unsurpassed" will be held at the Caserta Planetarium. The event is intended for people diagnosed with high-functioning neurodivergence and their companions. Admission is free upon reservation through the planetarium's official website.

Participation is limited to a maximum of 30 people and the expected duration is approximately 60 minutes.

Inclusive Initiative

The event will mark the inauguration of digital itineraries designed to enhance the planetarium visitor experience. These itineraries, accessible via free tablets, were developed by experts in the field with a focus on inclusion, hospitality, and well-being. Professors Carla Bassarello and Pietro Di Lorenzo are involved in the project, supported by psychologists and psychotherapists Benedetta Rizzi and Matilde Genovesi.

Visitor Support

During the event, students from the Diaz Scientific High School in Caserta will be present to assist participants in using technological devices. This activity is part of their School-Work Alternation program (PCTO). The event is included in the official calendar of events promoted by the Municipality of Caserta for Christmas 2024. Further information and additional details are available on the website. planetary.

The planetarium event seems like a great initiative for those with neurodivergence, I hope many can participate. I wonder if there will be enough tablets for everyone and how the meeting will be held.
