Santa Maria a Vico. The trial of the parents of little Aurora Savino, who died on September 28, 2 in their home located in Mandre, has been set for January 2023.
Emanuele Savino, 27, and Anna Gammella, 19, will appear before the Assize Court of the Tribunal of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, accused of aggravated voluntary homicide.
According to the prosecution, the father violently hit the child in the left frontal-orbital region, causing a contusive-concussive cranio-facial trauma, with a double bone fracture and a left hemispheric hematoma.

Both of them Parents, despite having noted the serious state of suffering of their daughter, a consequence of the trauma, of multiple abdominal traumas and of widespread burns, they allegedly failed to subject her to medical treatment, thus causing her death due to cardio-respiratory failure.
The crime charged is aggravated by the circumstance that the victim was their direct descendant. The investigations were conducted by the Carabinieri of the local station.
