A nightmare night for an entrepreneur from Somma Vesuviana, victim of a robbery in full style Clockwork OrangeTwo hooded bandits, dressed in black, armed and ruthless, broke into his property, transforming his garden into a horror movie set.
The man, who lives with his elderly parents and has his business headquarters there, was in his private gym when the criminals broke in. Guns pointed at his head, ferocious blows with the butts of the weapons, and then cable ties and adhesive tape ready to "tie him up": hands and feet tied behind his back, like a dramatically real scene inspired by Stanley Kubrick's cult film.
The desperate escape and the gunshots
Despite the terror, theentrepreneur he found the courage to react. With a sudden burst of energy, he managed to free himself, running towards the exit of the gym and managing to block one of the robbers inside. Outside, however, the accomplice attacked him again with punches to the head, trying to break down the door to free his companion.
The situation further escalated when gunshots were fired from inside the gym against the door. The victim's father, alerted by the screams, was approaching, but the second criminal fled before he arrived. Eventually, the robber who remained inside also decided to escape, putting an end to the dramatic assault.
Ruthless, they could kill me
“They tried to tie me up and gag me,” the businessman said, still in shock, “and shot several times at the door behind which I had barricaded myself.

The episode, also documented by a video sent to MP Francesco Emilio Borrelli, turns the spotlight back on the crime alarm. It is not a film – comments Borrelli – but a tragic reality. Crime is rampant, and these scenes are increasingly frequent”.
A nightmare that, fortunately, did not turn into a tragedy, but which leaves a deep wound, symbol of a territory where the border between cinema and reality seems, too often, to become dangerously thin.
“Scenes that seem like something out of a movie but are, unfortunately, very real. The fear, the worry, the sense of impotence are real, as is the ruthlessness of these criminals. The response to the rampant crime, on the other hand, appears to be not very real, not very concrete, not very convinced and firm for an exasperated population that now lives in terror.
No one else must die before we decide to take serious action in the Naples area, where the police presence appears increasingly limited and where the attacks of dangerous and violent criminals are increasingly oppressive and violent. I spoke to the victim, who is shocked.said Borrelli together with Salvatore Esposito, municipal councilor of Somma Vesuviana of Europa Verde.

It is truly a bad episode that makes you think about how crime has increased lately. People are afraid to go out and do normal things. Something must be done to stop this violence that never seems to end.
