The Kalamos Association, together with Scugnizzo Liberato, is hosting the second performance of the Venerd'Arte theater series at the Teatro E. De Filippo in Naples.
### The Show in the Program
The next event in the series, entitled “Paz '81-'83”, is directed by and starring Margherita Romeo Messeri, with the collaboration of director Riccardo Pisani.
### Source and Contents of the Show
The theatrical performance is based on the collection “Storie 1981-1983” by the famous cartoonist Andrea Pazienza. The adaptation, by Simposi del Mediterraneo/Teatro Del Tufo, presents a collage of Pazienza’s works, proposing a deliberately unconventional format. The performance alternates scenes from comics with monologues, including faithful excerpts from interviews and private correspondence of the author.
### Event Details
The show, which will last 60 minutes, will be accompanied by lighting by Riccardo Pisani. The appointment is set for Friday, December 13 at 21:00 pm at the Teatro De Filippo, at Scugnizzo Liberato, in Salita Pontecorvo 46, Naples. A contribution for theater companies is foreseen for the entrance.

I've heard of this show too, but I've never been a big fan of contemporary theater. I wonder if Pazienza's work is easy to understand for those who don't know his comics.
The theater meeting seems very interesting, but I am not sure if I will go. The 'Paz '81-'83' review could have a deep message, but time is always an issue. I hope there will be more shows in the future.
