On Friday, December 13th, the Donna Brigida restaurant in Cercola, located at Viale Europa 30, will host a special dinner to benefit the Santobono Pausilipon Foundation. The nonprofit's director, Dr. Flavia Matrisciano, will be present to greet the event.
The cost of the dinner will be €50.

The dinner with a typically Neapolitan menu created by chef Fabio Madonna and includes an entrée of montanara with Piennolo cherry tomatoes. Vesuvio DOP with parmesan and basil sauce. Appetizers include eggplant parmigiana, fried calamari, "Genovè" pizza, and the baked "Scarulella" calzone. The meal continues with a first course of paccheri with squid ragù in red wine and buffalo mozzarella cream. The meal concludes on a sweet note with a tasting of desserts from Pasticceria Mosè.
"We have a duty and social responsibility to help those who suffer," says Giuseppe Maiello, owner of the Donna Brigida restaurant, "and events like the one on Friday, December 13th, besides being essential in terms of fundraising, become a tangible sign of strong solidarity.
