Salerno. The Carabinieri of the Amalfi Company have executed an order of personal precautionary measures issued by the GIP of the Court of Salerno, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office. The operation led to the house arrest of Giuseppe Miccio and Domenico Busiello, accused of possession and dealing of narcotic substances, including cocaine, hashish and marijuana.
The investigation, which lasted several months, led to the dismantling of a drug dealing network operating in the municipality of Minori and surrounding towns on the Amalfi Coast.
