NAPLES. Death threats and extortion for a usurious debt: a man ended up under house arrest with an electronic bracelet on Christmas Eve. The operation, conducted by the State Police, was triggered in execution of an order issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples at the request of the Prosecutor's Office.
The suspect, a Neapolitan, is accused of aggravated usury, extortion, and receiving stolen goods.

According to the reconstruction, the two men had taken out a loan to usurious rate with the arrested man, who then allegedly demanded the payment of large amounts of interest using intimidating methods, including death threats.
The loan shark was placed under house arrest
