Tony Colombo performed for a few minutes in the Ariano Irpino prison, at an unscheduled moment, on Christmas Eve. On his official TikTok profile, managed by third parties, some photos were published that portray him during the brief performance.
The artist, arrested in October 2023, is currently detained.

Tony Colombo and his wife Tina Rispoli were arrested as part of an operation against the Di Lauro clan of Secondigliano, in the northern suburbs of Naples. Both are accused of having financed the activities, both legal and illegal, of Vincenzo Di Lauro, son of Paolo Di Lauro, known as "Ciruzzo the Millionaire." In March 2023, the Court of Cassation rejected the appeal filed by their lawyers, thus upholding their detention.
At the end of October, the public prosecutor Lucio Giugliano, in the context of the abbreviated trial initiated by the anti-Camorra investigation, requested a nine-year prison sentence for Tony Colombo and as many for Tina RispoliBoth are charged with external association with the Di Lauro clan. The final hearing, during which defense arguments will be presented, is scheduled for the bunker courtroom of Poggioreale prison, before the preliminary hearing judge issues the final sentence.

It's strange how an artist like Tony Colombo can perform even in prison. I hope the situation will be clarified soon, but it's hard to understand how it's possible. Are the laws the same for everyone?
