Fake SMS scam to Bologna doctor, 49-year-old Neapolitan reported

He was reported by the Carabinieri of the Bologna Navile station the alleged perpetrator of a scam from 20.900 € to the detriment of a female doctor, deceived with a sophisticated telephone scam. The story began when the victim received a sms apparently sent by the company that runs his credit card, with a message reporting a supposed problem with the account. Worried, the woman clicked on the link contained in the message, thus starting the fraudulent mechanism.
