Vallo della Lucania. The Guardia di Finanza of Salerno, by order of the Public Prosecutor's Office, has preventively seized the assets of a Cilento company.
Investigations conducted by Compagnia di Vallo della Lucania revealed that the company falsely declared the completion of some public works, even though these were still in progress. Furthermore, a complex scheme of credit transfers aimed at hindering the recovery of unduly received sums was revealed.
To block the illicit money and ensure its return, the Prosecutor's Office has ordered the urgent seizure of the company's current accounts and the financial institution involved in the operations, to prevent their use as compensation.
