Fantasy Day, a major event organized by the ALTANUR Cultural Association, is preparing to return for a new edition. The official dates have been announced: from June 6 to 8, 2025, Villa Bruno in San Giorgio a Cremano will host the eagerly awaited event.
The new edition will continue to place a strong emphasis on cinema, thanks to the third Fantasy Day Film Festival. Created by director Salvatore De Chiara, the festival will focus on short and feature-length films in the fantasy, science fiction, horror, supernatural, and dream genres.
Submissions for the film competition will be open until February 18, 2025. Short films can be up to 20 minutes long, while feature films will have a maximum limit of 50 minutes, provided they were made after January 1, 2020. Entrants must upload their works to Freeway Movies.
### Festival Programming
During Fantasy Day, screenings of the selected short and feature films will take place from June 6th to 8th, with further screenings scheduled for July at the Cloister of the Monumental Complex of Santa Maria La Nova.
