Applications are officially open for Mille&UnBabà, the pastry competition organized by Mulino Caputo, celebrating the famous Neapolitan dessert. Now in its fourth year, the event is dedicated to professional pastry chefs, who participated in large numbers from various Italian regions and even abroad in previous editions.
### Contest Details
The competition is open to professional pastry chefs who can submit their applications starting today. The selections will allow participants to access the final scheduled for March 17 at the Grand Hotel Vesuvio in Naples.
### The Jury and the Evaluations
The exceptional jury will be composed of leading figures in the sector: Antimo Caputo, CEO of Mulino Caputo; Gennaro Esposito, well-known chef of Torre del Saracino with two Michelin stars; Sal De Riso, master pastry chef and president of the Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani; and Sabatino Sirica, a leading figure in Neapolitan pastry making.
### Participation Methods and Prizes
To participate in the competition, candidates must send their applications, including a resume and the recipe of the competing dessert, by March 3 to the dedicated email address. The winner of the competition will receive a supply of 1000 kg of Mulino Caputo flour and a cash prize of 1000 euros.
The event will have as technical sponsor SIDEA Spices and Herbs, which will offer support through the selection of spices, herbs and aromatic seeds to enrich the aromatic profiles of the competing desserts.

I read about the Mille&UnBabà event and it seems interesting, but there are many questions about how to submit the application, I hope the website is clear. I would not want to make mistakes in the presentation of the recipes.
