It all started in via Malta, under a pouring rain, when the father of the little boy, in a panic, went out into the street to ask for help. His state of agitation did not escape the officers of the Police Station arcade-Ercolano, who happened to be passing through the area at that very moment.
The officers immediately went to the man's home, where they found the child in difficulty. With great promptness, the three police officers provided first aid and escorted the child and his parents to the Santobono pediatric hospital in Naples, which specializes in the care of children. There, the child was entrusted to the care of medical personnel.
The story ended with good news: in the last few hours, the child was discharged and was able to return home. A happy ending that once again underlines the importance of the presence of law enforcement on the territory and their ability to intervene promptly even in emergency situations not strictly related to security.
