Yesterday, around 8 am, a seismic swarm began that hit the Campi Flegrei with thirteen microshocks, even if these are still preliminary statistics.
The swarm lasted approximately twenty-four hours and ended this morning. The recorded magnitude ranged from Md ≥ 0.0 to a maximum of Md ≥ 1.2 ± 0.3, all located in the Campi Flegrei area.
All microshocks, so nothing to worry about, some were not even felt by most people, but these seismic events are important for experts who can, thanks to them, understand the dynamics of the subsoil and the evolution of the phenomenon of bradyseism.
The news was made public by the INGV (National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology) itself, which also published a photo (cover) showing the map showing the locations of events with magnitude Md ≥ 1.0.
