Coca-Cola's European bottler in Belgium has announced a massive product recall in Europe due to excessive chlorate content.
The recall concerns returnable glass cans and bottles of Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Fuze Tea, Minute Maid, Nalu, Royal Bliss and Tropico, in Belgium, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Germany, France and Luxembourg, in circulation since November.
"We don't have a precise figure, but it's clear that it's a considerable amount," Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Belgium told AFP.
