A musical journey through the sounds of Spanish-speaking Latin American countries is the proposal offered by Cuerdas Trio. The group will perform on Friday, January 24, at 20.30:XNUMX p.m., in the Church of San Rocco a Chiaia.
The trio, composed of David Beltran on classical guitar, Mario Cardona on charango and Giorgio Scarano on classical guitar, electric guitar and setar, will interpret the rhythms and expressions of both classical and popular Latin American music, enriching them with original compositions.

Soto Chero is a Peruvian guitarist with extensive experience in various musical genres and in the South American tradition. He has collaborated with important international artists. Giorgio Scarano completed a classical guitar training, obtaining a master's degree at the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory in Venice, and teaches in local musical institutions. Mario Cardona, self-taught on the charango, has contributed to expanding the use of this instrument beyond the boundaries of the traditional Andean repertoire.
