He also sold drugs to minors near a school and the Circumvesuviana station: a man of Polish origin, resident in the Sorrento Peninsula, was arrested by the Guardia di Finanza on charges of possession and dealing of narcotic substances.

The operation, conducted by the Guardia di Finanza Group of Torre Annunziata, led to the execution of a precautionary custody order under house arrest, issued by the GIP of the Oplonti Court at the request of the Prosecutor's Office.

The investigation began in May 2024, when the man was stopped near the Circumvesuviana station in Sant'Agnello by the Guardia di Finanza of Massa Lubrense and found in possession of 64,8 grams of hashish and a precision scale. At the time, the subject had been reported at large.

Subsequent investigations on his smartphone and the testimonies of some customers revealed a systematic drug dealing activity, with the sale of hashish and marijuana to young people, often minors, of the Sorrento Peninsula. The drugs were also sold near a school, further aggravating the position of the suspect.

In light of these elements, the judge ordered the precautionary measure of house arrest with a ban on communicating with people who do not live together. The operation confirms the attention of the authorities in the fight against drug dealing, especially in areas frequented by young people.
