The episode began when a woman, looking for an official from the property office for a housing issue, started screaming after having difficulty accessing the offices, which were regularly open to the public. Corsetto, present in the corridors on the ground floor together with Francesco Mandia, looked out into the hall to understand the situation.
When the councilor asked her to lower her voice, the woman reacted with verbal violence, threatening to hit him in the face with her cell phone. Tensions then exploded with a serious intimidation: “I'm calling my son, you're a dead man”, the woman said. The scene left those present shocked, including the two city councilors and the newly hired ushers, recently transferred from Naples.
