Fortunately, the prompt reaction of the Penitentiary Police officers, on duty at the Bellizzi Irpino prison, prevented the escape. “Yet another episode that demonstrates how fundamental the work carried out by our units is,” said Tiziana Guacci, secretary for Campania of the Autonomous Union of Penitentiary Police (Sappe).
