The check and subsequent arrest was brought to term by the Carabinieri of the Grumo Nevano station who carried out a targeted search in the home of Giuseppe Paciolla.

Paciolla, who did not provide explanations on the possession of those weapons, was arrested and placed under house arrest by order of the magistrate of the Naples North Prosecutor's Office on charges of possession of clandestine weapons.
