The Pietro Condorelli Jazz quartet will be the protagonist of the opening concert of 2025 in the frescoed hall of Villa di Donato for the music festival #Sant'Eframo Jazz Club. The appointment is tomorrow, Friday 10 January 2025 at 20.30:XNUMX pm in the eighteenth-century Villa in Piazza Sant'Eframo Vecchio in Naples.
The quartet replaces the concert of Luca Ciarla's SolOrkestra, which is postponed to a date to be defined, due to a sudden indisposition of the violinist from Molise.
Pietro Condorelli Jazz is a project that explores contemporary jazz with originality and talent. The band is composed of four prominent musicians, each with their own established career and distinctive sound: Pietro Condorelli on guitar, Gianluca Manfredonia on vibraphone, Antonio Napolitano on double bass, Raffaele Natale on drums. The quartet will offer the Villa di Donato audience a repertoire that mixes original compositions and reinterpretations of jazz classics, with a constantly evolving sound, full of energy and interaction between the different musicians. A sophisticated musical proposal that is, at the same time, accessible even to those with less experience in jazz.
The show will be followed, as usual, by a convivial moment according to the traditional recipes of the de Mennato family: to celebrate the Christmas just passed, lentils with friarielli, cubes of cotechino with original combinations of flavors and traditional desserts.
The musical meetings at Villa di Donato are a unique event in the city, in a former Bourbon hunting lodge that Patrizia De Mennato and her brother Gianfranco have recovered from the ravages of time and returned to the community, rediscovering the ancient tradition of hospitality and conviviality of the family.
