Alongside Serena Rossi and Giuseppe Zeno in the role of her future husband Domenico, the audience will also find Marisa Laurito (Aunt Rosa), Christiane Filangieri (a brilliant lawyer and Mina's best friend), Ludovica Nasti in the role of Viola, Valentina D'Agostino (her friend Titti), Nando Paone (Rudy, the doorman of the building where the clinic is located) and Rosalia Porcaro, the kind-hearted midwife who lives in the Spanish Quarters.
But many things have changed since the previous season: Chiara Russo enters the series in the role of Fiore, the new social worker who Mina will mentor, and Erasmo Genzini (Jonathan) who will put her heart in crisis.
