House arrest in a residential facility: this is the decision of the preliminary hearing judge Dr. Rosaria Dello Stritto against DiCaprio Angelo Marco, 47 years old from Casapulla.
The request of his defense attorney was accepted by the lawyer Gaetano Crisileo who produced to the Judge a series of medical documents concerning the health status of the young man.
The crimes dated back to several months ago when DiCaprio, in a sudden fit of rage, had broken some furniture that was in the house where he lived and at the same time had threatened his elderly parents for the umpteenth time to get them to hand over continuous sums of money to buy drugs.
Hence the heavy charge: aggravated extortion and mistreatment in the family. Following the intervention of the San Prisco carabinieri, Di Caprio Angelo Marco was arrested in flagrante delicto and locked up in the Sammaritan prison.
Caarcere from which yesterday he was released under house arrest to be transferred to a residential facility in the Caserta area to undergo the necessary treatment following the expert assessment carried out by the official expert Prof. Raffaele Sperandeo who had declared him partially incapable of understanding and willing at the time of the facts and as requested by his defense attorney Gaetano Crisileo who had provided the expert and the Judge with a broad and exhaustive report by Dr. Giuseppina Raucci of the Mental Health Department who was treating him.
