The North Naples Public Prosecutor's Office, led by Public Prosecutor José Criscuolo, has ordered a technical assessment of the systems in the Frigocaserta warehouse, the scene of the tragedy in which worker Patrizio lost his life. Spasian.
The facility has been under seizure since the same day of the accident. Next Monday, a technical consultant will be appointed to examine the state of the systems and verify any anomalies in the pipes from which the lethal ammonia leak occurred.
The aim is to clarify whether there were technical or structural defects and to reconstruct precisely the dynamics of the event. Three people are currently under investigation for Spasiano's death. Among them RB, manager of Frigocaserta, and AA and EA, respectively 50 and 54 years old, residents of Casoria and Giugliano in Campania, as legal representatives of Cofrin.
The latter is the external company where the victim worked, engaged in the expansion work of the shed at the time of the tragedy.
