A tragic road accident yesterday evening in Birkirkara, on the island of Malta, took the life of Danilo De Dominicis, 36 years old, originally from Santa Maria Caapua Vetere.
According to initial reconstructions, De Dominicis was riding a Honda motorbike when, crossing the “Triq Mikiel Anton Vassalli” tunnel near Msida, he lost control of the vehicle, ending up badly on the asphalt.
Rushed to Mater Dei Hospital, the young man died shortly after admission. An investigation has been opened into the case, with the investigations entrusted to magistrate Philip Galea Farrugia, as reported by the local press.
