Naples, Pallonetto ambush: 23-year-old wounded by gunshots

A 23-year-old man, Ciro Lemaire, was shot and wounded during the night in the Pallonetto neighborhood of Santa Lucia in Naples.

The injury occurred following an assault, the circumstances of which are currently under investigation. The agents of the Flying Squad and those of the San Ferdinando police station are trying to clarify the dynamics of the shooting.

A patrol from the police station intervened on the scene shortly after the shots were fired: the officers are working to identify the reasons that led to the attack.

Wounded in the leg and hospitalized

The young man ferito, currently not in danger of life, was promptly assisted by the 118 medical personnel. Transported to the hospital, he was found to have a wound to his right leg.
