Filippo De Matteo, 30, originally from Sant'Agata de' Goti, represented by Vittorio Fucci, and Luigi De Lucia, 63, from Casavatore, represented by Giuseppe Forni, were also dismissed. The proceedings for these two defendants will resume on March 13.

Filippo De Matteo is the son of the well-known boss Andrea De Matteo, a leading figure of the Belforte clan, currently detained and sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Angelo Amoroso.

As for the remaining 32 defendants, the Gup will shortly decide on the possibility of sending them to trial. The defense team includes, among others, lawyers Fabrizio Celai, Pasquale Ceccarelli, Vittorio Fucci, Daniela Martino, Orlando Sgambati, Mauro Iodice, Carlo Perrotta, Daniele Delle Femmine, Igino Nuzzo and Davide Pascarella.
