Newborn Baby Kidnapped From Clinic: Video Shows Woman Taking Her Away

A one-day-old baby girl was kidnapped in Cosenza: the newborn was taken from the Sacro Cuore clinic, in the city center, the incident occurred around 6:30 pm.

The police intervened on the spot. According to initial reports, a woman with her face partially covered by a mask showed up at the clinic, pretending to be a nurse, took the child, telling the mother that she had to take her to the pediatrician, and left.

The woman and the grandmothers, not seeing the little girl return, became worried and raised the alarm.

Security cameras at the Sacro Cuore clinic documented the kidnapping of a newborn baby. The footage shows a woman approaching a baby carrier, holding the baby in her arms, trying to insert her with the help of a man wearing a hat.

After several attempts, the couple decides to walk away from the scene, with the woman still holding the baby and the man carrying the egg.

The last image Di Sarno posted dates back to August 4th and shows him smiling, with the Calabrian sea behind him.
