The technical sector has made official the list of new UEFA A qualified coaches, after passing the final exams which awarded them the second highest qualification for a coach.
By achieving this certification, coaches will have the opportunity to lead all youth teams, including Primavera teams, and all women's teams, including those playing in Serie A. The UEFA A qualification also allows you to coach any men's team up to and including Serie C and to act as assistant coach in Serie A and Serie B teams.
Among the best of the course, Filippo D'alesio stands out, who obtained the recognition of best student. But also other participants, such as Andrea Bianchi, Mattia Giacobone, Giuseppe Misso, Marouane Sirajeddine and Martino Sofia, received mentions for their brilliant performances during the exams in Coverciano.
Brighi and Maggio among the new coaches
Among the new UEFA A coaches are also Matteo Brighi and Christian May, two former footballers who are now part of the technical staff of the Under 21 National team, led by Nunziata. Brighi won the Under 21 European Championship in 2004, while Maggio was European vice-champion with the senior National team in 2012.
