Lorenzo Tiezzi, a fifty-two-year-old with a passion for sports, achieved a significant feat between July 2021 and April 2024, completing five “Cento Miglia”, among the most challenging Ultra Trail races in the world. Of particular note is his double participation in the Adamello Ultra Trail, a 167-kilometer race with an elevation gain of 11.500 meters.

I read the article and it seems that Lorenzo Tiezzi's book is very interesting for those who love running, but I'm not sure if his ideas can help to improve. Mountain running is tiring and requires a lot of commitment.
