On Saturday 18 January 2025, at 21 pm, the prestigious Teatro Acacia will be the setting for the association party organised by NIDA Onlus: guest Paolo Caiazzo with his show Terroni si nasce.
The event, open to all supporters, celebrates the success of the project “Nida for Tutte Insieme”, an initiative that has demonstrated how solidarity can be transformed into concrete action.
The evening will not only be a moment of entertainment, but also an opportunity to officially communicate the amount of the donation collected thanks to the commitment of many supporters. These funds will be donated to the association "Tutte Insieme", a Neapolitan organization that offers support to women who have undergone breast surgery and are followed by the Breast Unit of the Antonio Cardarelli Hospital in Naples. The project's primary objective is to provide women with basic post-operative necessities, such as bras, scarves and specific creams, to make their treatment path less burdensome and help them reorganize their lives.
A successful project for a universal need
The “Nida for Tutte Insieme” project has been a great success, touching deep chords and obtaining a wide participation. The Breast Unit of Cardarelli, directed by Dr. Martino Trunfio, represents a center of excellence for the multidisciplinary treatment of breast cancer, offering a personalized path for each patient. The association “Tutte Insieme”, founded by women affected by this disease and the doctors who have followed them, is a tangible example of how the collaboration between volunteers and professionals can make the difference.
The activities promoted by the association include dance therapy courses, oncological aesthetics, legal and psychological support, as well as the donation of objects useful in the post-operative period. "What is striking about this reality is the humanization of care", underline the supporters, highlighting how the roles between doctors and volunteers are based on a single objective: the well-being of the patients.
A thank you to a solidarity network
The Campania representative of NIDA Onlus, Chiara Migliaccio, wanted to express deep gratitude to all those who made the success of this project possible. “I sincerely thank the friends of the Italian National Friendship Team, such as Simonetta, Elena, Marcella, Tiziana, Pina, Lully, Francesco, and all those who contributed with their companies,” she said.
