Theater: “The Tempest” by Shakespeare
On January 17 at 20:30 pm, the theater presents “TEMPESTA”, an adaptation of Shakespeare's work, directed by Rosario Sparno with the interpretation of Francesca De Nicolais, Massimiliano Foà and Luca Iervolino. The production is curated by Casa del Contemporaneo. The plot follows the events of Prospero, exiled on an island with his daughter Miranda, and his desire for revenge against those who caused his condition. The show explores themes of magic, island and slavery, presenting the stage as an artistic installation created by Antonella Romano.
Cinema: “The Nose or the Conspiracy of Nonconformists”
On January 19 at 17:00 p.m., there is a screening dedicated to families with “THE NOSE or the Conspiracy of Nonconformists”, an animated film directed by Andrey Khrzhanovsky. Accompanied by Shostakovich’s music, the film explores the stories of nonconformists during Stalin’s regime, celebrating pioneers who challenged conformism. The film was awarded in 2020 at the Open Russian Film Festival Kinotavr.

Tickets In addition, in the Art Space of the foyer, you can visit the installation “O vico d''e guagliune”, curated by the Associazione Stabiese dell'Arte e del Presepe, for free. Tickets for the evening are available at a cost of €12 (reduced €10), while the single ticket for Sunday is €9. YOUNG CARDS are also available for discounted purchases.
