A man from Airola, identified as DS, has been released from prison after a conviction for aggravated domestic violence and stalking. The decision was made by the Avellino Supervisory Magistrate following a request submitted by lawyer Vittorio Fucci.

S., 53, had been sentenced to a final four-year prison term for stalking, malicious bodily harm, damage to property, and domestic abuse, aggravated by the presence of minor children. Accepting the legal arguments of Attorney Fucci, the magistrate ordered the man's release from prison, placing him under house arrest.

Acquittal in another proceeding

In addition to the recent decision, it should be remembered that DS was acquitted last week by the Court of Appeal in a separate trial involving personal injury and damage, again thanks to the defense of lawyer Vittorio Fucci.
