They made home deliveries of drugs throughout the province of Caserta with trips also to the province of Rome after receiving orders on a Whats App group.
The Carabinieri of the Capua company, as part of an investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, have dismantled a thriving drug dealing activity in the Caserta area.
Ten precautionary measures were issued by the investigating judge of the Sammarinese court, which led to the arrest of a criminal from Castel Volturno and six other pushers, while three other suspects were required to report to the judicial police and to reside in their municipality of residence.
The investigation has allowed to ascertain over 500 episodes of sale of cocaine, heroin, crack and methadone in about a year and a half in the municipalities of Teano, Carinola, Vairano Patenora, Roccamonfina, Calvi Risorta, Vitulazio, Sparanise and Francolise. During the investigations, large quantities of drugs were seized, especially cocaine, for a value of over 20 thousand euros.
The suspects, linked by personal acquaintance, were involved in all phases of the illicit business, from the procurement to the packaging of the drugs, up to the retail sale at inflated prices.
Drugs purchased in Castel Volturno by Nigerian mafia groups
They purchased the drugs in Castel Volturno, often in the drug dealing areas managed by the Nigerian mafia, to then resell it in the neighboring municipalities, especially between Teano and Carinola.
The investigations, conducted by the Carabinieri of the Capua Company Command and coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office of Naples North, would have allowed to ascertain how the pushers, through social media, had created a real organization, purchasing the drugs in the Naples area, between the Parco Verde of Caivano and Scampia, to then resell them in the drug dealing areas of the Caserta municipalities.

It is incredible how drugs can circulate so easily between provinces. The operation of the Carabinieri seems to have been very effective, but the problem of trafficking and addiction in society remains. More prevention is needed.
