In Bacoli, the Carabinieri of the Pozzuoli operational section arrested a couple found in possession of a significant quantity of narcotics. The operation led to the discovery of various types of drugs inside their home.

During the search, almost one and a half kilos of hashish, 115 grams of cocaine and about half a kilo of marijuana were found. In addition to the drugs, materials for cutting and packaging the substances and 1880 euros in cash were seized, considered to be the proceeds of the illicit activity.
The two, Massimiliano Ambrosino, 42, and his partner, 41, with no criminal record, were arrested on charges of possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing. They were transferred to prison, where they will remain awaiting trial.
