The seismic swarm in Campi Flegrei does not stop. After the strong shock at 00.19, of magnitude 3.9, which forced hundreds of people to sleep in the streets, the seismographs continue to record dozens of earthquakes (currently 56 but the number is likely to increase) of a smaller magnitude.
The strongest earthquakes occurred at 12.26:2.8 PM (magnitude 18.15) and 2.6:18,55 PM (magnitude 2.6). Another earthquake occurred at 19:32 PM, also at magnitude 1.1. The latest recorded earthquake was at XNUMX:XNUMX PM, with a magnitude of XNUMX.
Residents consider this phenomenon anomalous due to the duration and number of tremors, although experts reiterate that it is all part of the typical dynamics of bradyseism.
