I police The Caserta mobile radio unit responded to a report of a fight in progress on the emergency number "112." Upon arriving, they found a 60-year-old man who identified a 59-year-old man from Visciano as the attacker.
According to the reconstruction of the facts, the argument arose over trivial matters inside the waiting room of the center.

The argument then escalated outside the center, where the 59-year-old allegedly first beat the victim and then threatened her with a knife.
The Carabinieri stopped and searched the attacker, finding him in possession of a blunt, over-the-counter "mozzetta" knife, 17 cm long and with a 5 cm blade. The 59-year-old was subsequently charged with aggravated menacing and possession of weapons or objects capable of causing harm.
