Ten people were arrested this morning between Casoria and Afragola as part of the investigation by the DDA Napoli which shed light on a drug trafficking ring in particular in Casoria where two groups were divided and managed the proceeds of two drug dealing areas.
The first one in the area of via Petrarca where cocaine, hashish and marijuana, amphetamine mixtures were sold, and was managed by Ciro Sannino and Vittorio Carella. With them they operated with the function of pusher Giorgio Piscopo, Pasquale Piscopo, Luigi Olita D'Andrea and Salvatore Numeroso. While Ludovico del Prete called “lucchett” was the one who guarded the drugs on behalf of the group.
The other cocaine, hashish and marijuana dealing square was located in Emerald Park di Casoria and was managed by Giovanni Baratto together with his faithful Ciro Lucci. With the functions of drug dealer instead there were Mauro Del Vecchio and a minor for whom the competent prosecutor's office is proceeding.
The investigation, coordinated by the prosecutor Salvatore Prisco of the Dda of Naples refers to episodes between the years 2020 and 2021. The two groups, but in particular that of Ciro Sannino, did not disdain in threatening customers late with payments.
In the 170 pages of the precautionary order signed by the investigating judge Maria Rosaria Aufieri, in addition to the numerous drug dealing episodes, reference is made to the scenarios in which the murder of Antimo Giarnieri and the attempted murder of Salvatore Caso matured.
