The Carabinieri of the Forestry Unit of the Park of castellabate they carried out the seizure of an area of approximately 5 thousand square meters and of the residential complex under construction consisting of 8 homes in the Lago area of Santa Maria di Castellabate, a hamlet of the municipality of Castellabate within the Cilento National Park.
The order issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Vallo della Lucania was validated by the investigating judge of the Valais Court. The investigations revealed the illegitimacy of the building permit placed at the base of the works carried out since, according to the hypothesis of the Public Prosecutor's Office, it would lead to an unauthorized increase in volume and construction in areas not compatible with residential use.
