A tragic epilogue for Ciro Canale, the 43-year-old who hit the headlines in 2023 for the theft of a tile of historical and artistic value from the Royal Palace of Caserta.
His body, partially charred, was found in the countryside of Vairano Patenora, in the province of Caserta.
Canale, a resident of Castel Volturno, was known to law enforcement for his passion for stealing art objects and historical relics.
