We now have mass phenomena of depression, anxiety. We have a really difficult situation in families, in the relationship between parents and children. We have problems with eating disorders, a series of tensions that are being unloaded on the young generations that require extraordinary attention”.
De Luca added: "We are the only region in Italy that has approved a law to have a psychologist in every district. We have the opportunity to offer families a few hours of dialogue, of conversation with psychologists to address certain problems with children. We need to intervene in schools, in families, but in general it is the social context that requires new attention for the young generations.
Young people need examples of life. We need to create great collective enthusiasm, passion, otherwise young people will never be involved. Here we have a high quality psychiatric and psychological care center. An important service that we give to the young generations and families”.
